And in first place:
Off to buy the patterns (the joy of internet shopping.....) and then the real fun begins, choosing the fabric !!!!!
Have a great week.
Love,
Gertie xx
PS why not pop over to Handmade Monday to see what other fellow craft bloggers have been up to.
I've been pattern looking this week too. My daughter has been asked to be a bridesmaid in June. Was amazed by how limited the choice seemed for children's patterns.
ReplyDeleteI had the same problem when I made my bridesmaids dresses.
DeleteThere were plenty of patterns for my niece who was seven but hardly anything for Mr Gertie's cousin who was 13.
I'll have a hunt through my bookmark pages for dress pattern sites and drop you a line through your blog xx
Good luck! Fabric buying!! Enjoy yourself!
ReplyDeleteThank you... xx
DeleteA very deserving winner :) I'm looking forward to seeing what fabric you choose now! x
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you like it. Now to pick the fabric... xx

Love the pattern and look forward to seeing the finished dress!
ReplyDeleteThanks xx
DeleteThanks for your message with the sewing pattern websites. Much more pleasant to sit at home picking out patterns, than trying to do it in a shop with a little girl who can't really see the books.
ReplyDeleteGlad I could be of help. Good luck with the pattern hunting xx
DeleteThey are all lovely dresses, enjoy choosing some fabric and I can't wait to see the finished dress.
